Our Mission

School-To-Success Foundation is a career guidance organization that helps students choose their college or trade school major and career for success in life. We accomplish this through partnerships with parents, counselors, teachers, administrators, individuals, churches, community organizations, government entities, and businesses. This organization was created to support parents, teachers, and school counselors in the area of career guidance--the missing link in education!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: We develop training resources for life and work planning that help students in middle school through college and adults discover how to use their life purposes, God given desires, talents, gifts, and special abilities to choose a college or trade school major and career for a successful future.  We work with parents, guardians, counselors, teachers, administrators, home schools, private schools, charter schools, public schools, faith based organizations, community based organizations, the prison system, and employers in the area of career guidance. We support and promote the efforts of all teachers, counselors, seminar leaders, coaches and trainers in the workplace throughout the year and at our annual Educator Recognition Program Event. We change lives through goal setting, education, and work. The School-To-Success Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit career planning, career guidance, mentoring and computer technology foundation incorporated in California on September 12, 2002.
