Plan (LCP) To
achieve maximum results, students will be trained in groups of 3 as follows: · Small Class: 3-6 students per instructor · Medium Sized Class: 9-12 students per instructor ·
Large Class: 15 students per instructor A
major part of our mission is based on stage 5 of Erik Erikson’s Eight Ages of
Man. This stage states that the care-giver’s task is to help teenagers (ages
12-18) develop independence from their parents and resolve confusion about
occupation (Elkind, 1970). School-To-Success was designed to help
parents and guardians accomplish this task. |
